Building Information
Grade II. Built between 1734 and 1788. Altered and extended on several occasions, it was given to the Corporation of Wolverhampton by the widow of Albert Baldwin Bantock in 1941. It became a museum in 1948.
Collections Overview
The collections include Japanning, ceramics, toys and dolls, some costume and some social history items. There is a large collection of ceramic figures on loan from the National Trust.
