Building Information
Country house built from 1671 for Lady Wilbraham, with alterations designed by James Paine for Sir Henry Bridgeman, 5th Bt. in the late eighteenth century, and further extensive alterations and additions in the nineteenth century by Thomas Rickman, William Burn and James McVicar Anderson for successive Earls of Bradford.

Inidgenous country house collection with family portraits of the Wilbraham, Newport, Bridgeman and associated families, together with an important group of 17th century portraits of family contemporaries assembled by the 1st & 2nd Earl of Bradford of the first creation and by Thomas, Baron Torrington in the late 17th and early 18th centuries.
