Includes the former Inner London Education Authority heritage collection of school furniture and other items, plus the Island History Trust's collection of domestic objects

Overview of how collections are displayed

Display about the history of Tower Hamlets, in a recreated classroom of the period, visitors can now experience how Victorian children were taught. There are also displays on local history, industry and life in the East End and a varied programme of temporary exhibitions.
